In The Event you’ve not heard or seen considerably from UFC lightweight Eddie Alvarez lately, that is not by accident. Since his unanimous decision loss to Donald Cerrone at UFC 178 in September, Alvarez has not spoke to the media. He has not even been active on social media.
“I Have sorta been a recluse recently,” Alvarez admitted on Monday’s The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani. “I have only been keeping from Twitter. I apologize to my lovers. I apologize to everyone. I’ve not discussed much or did anything, but I wanted a little bit of time after the fight. That is all.”
