“Bigfoot,” a former UFC heavyweight title challenger, traveled to Sao Paulo after his UFC Fight Night 51 fight with Andrei Arlovski, and is scheduled to undergo operation on Tuesday morning to get rid of a pituitary gland tumor which has reemerged.
