Just three months ago, the Nevada Athletic Commission allowed Vitor Belfort a permit to fight in the state according to three states: he cannot compete prior to December, his next fight needed to be in Nevada, and he’d join forces when approached for arbitrary blood and urine testing no matter where he’s.
“I Will give you my definition of fair testing going forward from this commissioner’s view,” NAC commissioner Anthony Marnell told Belfort in the hearing, “we are going to drug test you to the day you retire. That is my definition of realistic. We, I think, should be in and about your career before the day you call it quits.”
